  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide support in reception area such as greeting visitors and guests
  • Organize conference room bookings
  • Handle courier and mailing arrangements with occasional outdoor work as required
  • Upkeep the tidiness of front office and guest related areas
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, documents filing, maintenance of office equipment, procurement of supplies, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma graduate or above
  • 1-3 years solid experience in receptionist and administrative duties
  • Detail-minded, cheerful, well-organized and good team player
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
