Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines 2-3 years’ working experience in IT field
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Experiences in telecommunication field is essential but is not a must
Professional certifications such as CCNA / CCNP or other vendor certificates an advantage
Occasional travel to Macau
Analyse customer’s program specifications and translate into application programs
Analyse program problems and modify as required
Prepare documentation according to customer specifications and standards
Provide post-implementation support to customers
Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by management
Provide technical solution and assistance to SI / partner / end-users.
Carry out system installation and implementation according to customer’s specifications.
Perform UAT, handle end user requests, technical problems and trouble shooting.
Assist in deployment of Call Center System (IVR, CTI, CRM) to end customers.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Assistant.
