Your new role
The job holder will play a key role of developing sales strategies to protect and grow the strategic accounts. Reporting to the AVP, he / she will play a key role of leading a small team of sales professionals to achieve the sales & KPIs targets and generate sales revenue for sustainable growth.
The main responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
To formulate and execute sales strategies and territory plan to maximize business opportunities in short term and long term
To lead and drive the team to establish good relationship and develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients at both senior executive and middle management levels according to Account Coverage Plan
To develop and manage senior / account managers to achieve predefined sales and business targets through skills development and coaching in alignment with Sales Management Practice
To coach and nurture sales talents through solution selling and soft skill training
To be accountable for key performance indicators and profitability of the business through implementation of innovative ways
The Person
Degree holder in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing / related disciplines
At least 8 years solid experience in managing corporate clients and 2 years in team leadership. Preferably in IT / Telecom industry
Proven sales track record with good business acumen and professional knowledge of latest technology and ICT / Mobile trend
Exposure in providing advice on more challenging account management situations with strong knowledge of clients' business
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with customers at senior executive level
Strong network and connections with his / her professional industry or territory
Highly self-motivated, meticulous, customer focus and result-oriented
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua would be an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
