  • Responsibilities : Lead a team of order management includes daily purchasing order, fulfillment management, shipment and claims handlingResponsible for operations KPI / SLA for the accounts and support ad hoc projects as assignedMonitor and fully hands on to support daily tasks especially New Product Launch, Seasonal peak, New Store opening;
  • Work closely with Account Manager and Warehouse team on assigned projectsProvides inputs for appraisal for team members to Department Manager and Coaches juniors in handling operation procedures & escalations.

    Drives the team to use SAP system, liable for processes and working Instruction & Quality Control Business Administration.

    Drives & monitor Business Project Improvement (BPI) till implementation. Conducts process review & Continuous improvementsRequirements : Degree holder in Purchasing, Logistics / Supply Chain or related discipline8 years relevant experience in order administraiton / order fulfillment with leadership skills in multinational or sizable organizationHands-
