Responsibilities : -

  • Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the supervision of restaurant
  • To ensure that the highest quality of standards are met for service, cleanliness and profitability
  • Job duties included training, supervising and scheduling staff, payroll, responding to guest inquiries and implementing new menus and promotions
  • To assist the management to achieve departmental goals and total guest satisfaction
  • Requirements : -

  • Minimum 3 years of fine dining / casual dining restaurant experience in similar capacity
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
