Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and revenues for the Company.
Main Responsibilities :
Solicit personal loan applications through out-reach sales activities and outbound calls
Meet or exceed the monthly sales volume target
Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer
Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Secondary educated or above with at least 3 year sales experience preferably in consumer finance industry
Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Good customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Direct Sales Representative
