The Corporate Communications Division (CCD) is responsible for all Group communications. Working with HKEX management and HKEX divisions, CCD is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communications, brand, events, and engagement programs that protect and enhance the reputation of the business.

Events Management supports strategic and core business initiatives across HKEX Group. The team manages HKEX’s Group corporate and business events, organizes listing ceremonies, market open and closing ceremonies, commercial events, conferences, celebrations and internal events.

The team also oversees the Groups translation services and is responsible for HKEX’s Interactive Voice Response System, handles written enquiries, and coordinates exchange and museum visits.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in implementing and executing HKEX Group’s corporate and business events including listing ceremonies.
  • Provide support in various tasks, from planning event details and aspects to handling logistical and administrative work
  • Ensure the best practices and standards in guest services at corporate events.
  • Requirement :

  • University degree in any disciplines
  • 1 + years of experience in event management, corporate communications, marketing
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, ideally fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Be an enthusiastic, proactive and committed team player
