Job responsibilities :

  • To provide full secretarial and administrative support services to Financial Control team and senior executives
  • To type statutory reports of the Group and its subsidiaries
  • To prepare powerpoint presentations for financial results and financial analysis
  • To perform other administrative tasks of the department
  • Requirements :

  • A-Level / DSE graduates with full certificate or above or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint / MS Word / Chinese word processing
  • At least 2 years of secretarial and / or administrative experience of Secretary
  • Efficient, organized and able to work independently
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese
