IBX Operations Administrator II
Job Summary :
Member of in-house Operation Support Team to manage the property management responsibilities and provide operational admin support;
job as illustrated below :
Overseeing operations of Security and Cleaning teams.
Communicate with Landlord / Building Management Office in daily building management issues.
Liaise with in-house operation teams and service contractors to ensure compliance of statutory requirements.
Prepare general reports and administrative duties : -
Procurement related activities including sourcing, purchase requisition, issue PO.
Data entry for various operation systems.
New hires on-boarding and leavers exiting process execution.
Manage office supplies, equipment and stationery.
Adhere to all ISO 27001 operation standard requirements including key control management, document control, inventory keeping and access control, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
University or Diploma in Property Management or Business Administration related discipline.
1+ years’ experience in property management or office administration, preferably in data center, industrial building or commercial tower, candidate with experience in portfolio management will be an advantage.
Work in different offices as assigned by supervisor is required.
Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
Good team player, open minded and be able to accept changes;
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
