IBX Operations Administrator II

Job Summary :

  • Member of in-house Operation Support Team to manage the property management responsibilities and provide operational admin support;
  • job as illustrated below :

  • Overseeing operations of Security and Cleaning teams.
  • Communicate with Landlord / Building Management Office in daily building management issues.
  • Liaise with in-house operation teams and service contractors to ensure compliance of statutory requirements.
  • Prepare general reports and administrative duties : -
  • Procurement related activities including sourcing, purchase requisition, issue PO.
  • Data entry for various operation systems.
  • New hires on-boarding and leavers exiting process execution.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and stationery.
  • Adhere to all ISO 27001 operation standard requirements including key control management, document control, inventory keeping and access control, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Requirements :

  • University or Diploma in Property Management or Business Administration related discipline.
  • 1+ years’ experience in property management or office administration, preferably in data center, industrial building or commercial tower, candidate with experience in portfolio management will be an advantage.
  • Work in different offices as assigned by supervisor is required.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Good team player, open minded and be able to accept changes;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
