  • Develop and communicate vision, marketing strategies and plan of action of the assigned products in terms of what it should become over the short, medium and long term.
  • Manage and assume overall responsibility for the marketing success of the assigned products.
  • Develop, lead and manage all marketing related activities.
  • Ensure high level of customers satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Realize market opportunities in line with strategies and plans.
  • Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain continuous knowledge on BI products, customers, pharma market and its trend and set direction for the team
  • Develop, manage and execute marketing plan in compliance with Corporate SOPs and local rules
  • Participate on strategy development, planning and forecasting
  • Talent Management - recognize and assess team members' potential and be accountable for team’s development
  • Provide training to team members in order to enhance their product and market knowledge
  • Build performance driven and customer-oriented team culture and execute BI leadership principles
  • Maintain customer relations (internal and external) and contribute to long lasting customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably Pharmacy / Pharmacy-related or Life Sciences-related major
  • 8+ years of sales / marketing experience in the pharma industry, preferably experience in a brand ownership experience
  • Experienced in leading a portfolio, including objective and strategy setting and implementation
  • Proven track record in a successful launch of a new product, preferably in the areas of identifying patient journey, market access strategy, pricing and other marketing imperatives.
  • Experience in Budget planning, forecast according in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Previous customer engagement experience with HCPs in customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, Chinese and English
  • Strong communication skills to interact with people of different personality types Detail-oriented, hands on approach, organized & Self-motivated, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Associate Product Manager
