As a Leadership Recruiter within Retail Recruiting, you are responsible for the Leadership hiring of external candidates and their pipeline, in alignment with a specific Market of stores.
You operate in two equally critical roles; first as ambassador of Apple’s Retail culture to external candidates, and the other as a highly skilled recruiter with deep market intelligence and desire to support the strategy and evolution of the Stores’ leadership in your Market(s).
In your role as Leadership Recruiter, you operate as a hybrid of Sourcer and Recruiter, owning the end-to-end candidate journey.
You lead the strategy and implementation of Leadership hiring efforts, internal and external, and drive hiring strategies across your Market(s) by using company tools, processes, and competencies for support.
You are deeply customer focused, and work in both current and future state situations, in order to meet changing and evolving business needs.
Maintaining close and trusted partnerships is critical to the success of your role. Through ongoing communication, sharing market trends, and ensuring that Leadership acquisition efforts are aligned with overall People strategies, you achieve an intimate depth of understanding about our Retail Store culture.

In your role as Leadership Recruiter, successful execution and outcomes are reached through a number of responsibilities, including : - You are responsible for end to end recruitment including delivery of sourcing, screening and hiring of external Leadership hiring- You are an openly collaborative and a key partner to the Market Recruiting Lead- You provide market expertise on the talent landscape, and insights on unique attributes befitting Retail- You contract on Recruiting needs with established timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes- You champion and protect an exceptional full-cycle candidate experience throughout the hiring process- You ensure the hiring strategy for Leadership aligns with Stores’ overall Recruiting Strategy - You feed candidates into Leadership recruiting process via partnership with Market Lead, leveraging existing interview schedules- You drive and maintain candidate pipeline and readiness by leveraging various attraction initiatives- You measure performance through regular reporting and analytics, to support Talent decisions in the market, and drive continuous improvement - You join recruiting team calls, meetings and communications, to stay informed of business priorities- You drive readiness in the business to explore new approaches to Recruiting, and hire from increasingly diverse talent pools- You participate in routine discussions with the Market Recruiting Lead for your stores, to strategize and plan immediate and long term talent needs;
including NSO's and remodels - You elevate an internal hiring culture through close collaboration with Store Leadership and provide coaching and training in support of their own skills development- You inform partners on changes in recruitment industry trends and opportunities to strategize on additional talent solutions when applicable- You build and maintain strong relationships and strive for timely and impactful communication for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners- You educate field leadership on available systems, tools, and processes to ensure effective hiring results and a positive candidate journey
