Degree holder, preferably in human resources management, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, preferably in sizeable non-government organization and knowledge of government subvention
Experience in talent management and managing training programs
Good understanding on Labour ordinance, MPF ordinance, Inland revenue ordinance and related ordinance
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Immediately available will be preferred
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
