Our graduate programmes are intended for young postgraduates with degrees from top universities. We offer you a 24-month programme in different teams, including training in our Geneva Head office and potential assignments to our overseas offices.
You will have the opportunity to work in front-office teams in order to gain first-hand exposure to private banking activities.
You will start with a 12-month assignment as a Business Analyst with the Asia Investment Platform of Private Wealth Management (PWM) in Hong Kong.
You will develop your technical and business know-how by working alongside accomplished professionals. Your initial training will be complemented with a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA).
Our programme will enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills you will need in your future career at Pictet and provide the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company.
You will resume duties in PWM Asia upon completion of the programme.
Support the management team of Asia Investment Platform in implementation of new business initiatives and project
Contribute to the development of new products and associated trainings for PWM Asia
Work closely with local compliance teams of PWM Asia to ensure compliance with the local regulatory requirements on product due diligence and selling process
Work with PWM Investment Risk & Performance team on the investment risk control on DPM activities in Asia
Work closely with other team members and departments across Pictet Wealth Management and Pictet Group, with the opportunity to contribute to longer-term vision for the business strategy of Asia Investment Platform
Develop technical solutions to business problems
Organise and own projects across their lifecycle
Deliver high quality output in a timely manner
Report to the Head of Product & Business Management Asia

Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Engineering from a leading university
Excellent academic results including a final of GPA 3.4 or above
At least six months’ (max 2 years’) working experience in an international company or a multicultural environment in the financial industry;
overseas experience is preferred
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
A strong team player with a definite flair for communication
An ability to synthesise and present information clearly
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must. Good understanding in VBA and Bloomberg application will be a plus
