You will be part of this new business vertical team tasked with bringing fast, reliable, on-demand delivery services to all types of partners and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted relationship with partners, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partners in answering high severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
Hunt down new opportunities and close deals (cold calling will be required) against monthly acquisition targets
Handle the end to end process on the partner onboarding journey
Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly targets and initiatives
Educate and train partners on service adoption
Interact closely with teams members across departments to handle commercial and operational support
Qualifications and Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in a sales management or business development role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse and draw inference from data
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
Detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Knowledge in Chinese input method
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
