What do we expect from you?
This position is reporting to the Assistant Communications Manager Media & Digital
Paid Media Planning
Manage media agency to develop and deliver the Maisons’ communications strategies via online and offline media planning;
and rationalize to HQ to ensure smooth and timely validation
Closely manage media campaigns from planning, testing, launch to post-campaign analysis
Conduct data-driven quantitative and creative-driven qualitative analysis; provide constructive reporting and learning to the HKMO team, Regional office & HQ office
Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities to facilitate our planning, identify opportunities and / or emerging challenges
Owned & Partner Media Management
Manage and analyze all owned channels, including but not limited to local corporate website, event-specific mini-sites, lightboxes
Devise a holistic digital journey and optimization strategies for an enchanting user experience
Co-ordination with landlord and partners on communication and promotions on third-party channels
Co-ordination with Travel Retail partners (CDFG, DFS), agencies, Regional and China offices on the communication plan on China-specific / APA-wide social media platforms;
identify opportunities for MLC / tourists-targeted strategies
Utilize web analytics tool to analyze media optimization performance in terms of website traffic and eComm conversions
eCommerce Support
Support eComm launch, UAT and omni-channel strategies
Devise tactical online campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions to drive eComm business
Execution of digital growth strategy through paid media (SEM, Social Media, Display)
Work with eComm team to analyze marketplace data and insight report to improve customer online shopping experience
A&P Budget Finance Reporting
Monthly reporting on A&P budget with full accuracy
Maintain accurate media budget spending forecast and update
Support and assist on budgeting reports, annual planning and financing
