Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

  • Plan and execute HR strategies and programs that support business objectives by attracting, retaining and developing a high performance team.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    Planning & Management

  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that HR Standards / Procedures are fully understood and implemented
  • Recommend, implement and update guidelines and policies in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment is applied
  • Project lead to enhance HR workflow, employer branding, employee commuication, talent management, MT program and ad hoc project
  • Manage personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions / salary adjustments
  • Work closely with and propose to HR director to formulate and deploy the HR strategy to retain and attract the key talents and reward the high performers to support commercial and retail business.
  • Ensure adherence of HR practices to company policies and statutory requirements
  • Support HRD talent forecasting to ensure thorough understanding of business talent needs
  • Proactively source, qualify and screen passive and active candidates to fulfill staffing needs

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Well-versed in sophisticated HRIS system, knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Fluent in both English & Chinese
  • HRBP or project management experience is a plus
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • 6 years of working experience Human Resources function in multinational company
  • University degree major in Human Resources
