We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join the Campus Recruiting Team. This role will be responsible for supporting the full cycle of campus recruitment, from marketing, sourcing, assessment to recruitment.

The key responsibilities are :

Assist in formulating recruitment strategies with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract top junior talent

Manage the recruitment process for hiring interns and graduates from attraction, hiring and pre-onboarding engagement

Collaborate with Corporate Communications to review marketing campaigns

Responsible to plan and coordinate on-campus / virtual career fairs

Liaise and coordinate with external vendors to ensure assessment system meet the selection requirement

Update and maintain recruitment data and provide analysis

Develop and maintain relationship with Universities & Professional Institutions

Explore new ways to incorporate innovative technology to enhance recruitment process

Support HR projects and new initiatives

Requirements :

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Campus Recruiting, preferably with experience working in finance and banking industry

Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines

Experience with full cycle campus recruiting and familiar with assessment tools and HR systems

Ability to work independently with excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively across teams

A good team player with strong project management skills

Excellent communication skill with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua would be an advantage
