Principal responsibilities

  • Achieve Consumer Loan business targets assigned by management via exploring target customer groups and providing certain banking and Consumer Loan products / services and promotions launched by the Bank from time to time.
  • Explore new business opportunity by developing potential end-user channels and CEPP companies to initiate all kinds of marketing activities to explore potential new consumer loan business opportunity.
  • Process loan application till drawdown with the related parties and ensure collect related after-drawdown documents like invoices timely from the customer.
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding our consumer loan financial products and services in a timely and appropriate manner and cross-sell other bank products and services.
  • Strictly ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by HACN CRM, CMP, INA, SSD, QAD, OPS, etc during sales process and daily operations.
  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' personal financial experience, preferably with banc assurance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of PC application software
