Job Description

  • Market mapping of retail shops’ locations by sector and trend.
  • Undertake research on retailers and make cold calls as per assigned.
  • Contact landlords and follow up on queries when required.
  • Generate high quality presentation materials for clients and internal usage, including property flyers, market reports and PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Attend client meetings with senior brokers.
  • Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of leasing experience in retail agency or large consultancy firm is preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English. Fluent Mandarin is an asset.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client focus.
  • Detail minded, independent and self-motivated.
