Responsibilities :

  • Handle all-round office administration including office supplies procurement, office facilities and telecommunications maintenance;
  • office security and access control; renovation and expansion project, office grooming etc;
  • Formulate, implement and review administration policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with related departments, contractors, suppliers and vendors to implement projects / tasks assigned;
  • Arrange staff travel & related bookings plus petty cash control;
  • Support HR for staff orientation and data input;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

    Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with stable working history;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Mastery of MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook M365 / Marco), reporting statistics skills and competent in TEAMS Calendar, One Drive, Share Point, HR21 system;
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement tender;
  • Good team player, self-driven and result oriented;
  • Mature and independent;
  • IMMEDIATE available is highly preferred
