Merchant Engagement Manager (HK)

What you'll do?

  • Build Klook's merchant communication and training function worldwide
  • Drive adoption and organize training of Klook technology solutions among merchants to improve efficiency
  • Produce training presentation and deliver hands on services training to internal colleagues and merchants
  • Design and implement projects to improve merchant service standards for all types of products on our platform
  • Lead merchant engagement initiatives such as newsletters, product mailers, self-help center for merchants etc.
  • Identify and work with third party solutions for building a gamified merchant training platform
  • What you'll need?

  • At least 5 years of experience in travel, ecommerce, or tech startup operations
  • Track record of managing and delivering service training, preferably in the travel industry
  • Experience in marketing, corporate communication, and training management
  • Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Fluent Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
