  • Working Location : Kowloon Bay
  • Working Hours : Mondays - Fridays at 08 : 30am - 19 : 30pm, Saturdays and Public holidays 09 : 00am - 18 : 00pm, excluding Sundays
  • Reporting to Customer Contact Centre Manager, you will lead a 24-hour hotline team to achieve set performance standard in delivering a consistent and best-in-class customer services to DHL customers through effective management of day-to-day operations of contact centre.
  • Providing support to revenue generation programs or system enhancements initiatives, your role will also need to ensure smooth operation of the team and initiate improvement to enhance customer services to both internal and external customers.
