FWD.COM PURPOSE A key role in the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Investment Compliance (IC) team of Group Compliance to partner with Group and applicable BU Functions to : IC Support the development and maintenance of the Group’s IC Operating Model.

Establish a Group-wide IC oversight / monitoring and reporting programme. Maintain IC policies, standards and guidelines in line with regulation and good market practice.

FCC Support the development, evolution and maintenance of the Group’s Operating Model for FCC. Support the development of the Group-wide FCC oversight / monitoring and reporting programme.

Maintain FCC policies, guidelines and standards in line with regulation and good market practice. KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES IC Advise and provide guidance Group and BU Investment, ALM Risk Management and Compliance teams with their understanding of IC Obligations Risk, Policy, Standards, Guidance and Procedures.

Act as the key person to drive maturity of FWDs IC Operating Model incorporating but not limited to Personal Account Dealing, Restricted Dealing, Rules Monitoring, Sanctioned Investments, and Substantial Shareholding Analysis and Reporting.

Support development of Group-wide IC Monitoring and system development required. Conduct and, or coordinate IC Risk and Control Assessments Conduct IC knowledge sharing and training.

  • FCC Advise and support local FCC teams to understand assess the BU’s business and operation processes related to the FCC risks Support and provide guidance to the local FCC teams to influence their business functions and drive the change to adopt the TOM as applicable Develop Group wide FCC monitoring tools;
  • and lead, manage and facilitate the FCC related system implementation / enhancement projects across the BUs to standardize the minimum FCC practices Oversee and review the FCC assessments and monitoring work performed by the local FCC teams Take a significant role in sharing knowledge and supporting the development of local FCC teams and training and awareness campaigns.

    FCC’s strategic planning in relation to Group and local BAU to ensure the organization is fully compliance and reduce FCC risks QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE IC Tertiary education and relevant professional education e.

    g. CFA, CIPM, CFA Investment Fundamentals and, or experience (8-10 years). Experience in establishing, developing and managing IC frameworks.

    Track record in IC monitoring and reporting Familiarity with IC systems and technology Experience in IC rules coding useful.

    FCC Experienced in the ongoing monitoring and measurement of the effectiveness of compliance programs in FCC areas is mandatory for this role.

    Track record of establishing the FCC monitoring system preferable. Tertiary education and relevant professional education e.

    g. ACAMS, ICA and, or experience (>

    10 years) in FCC KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Solid IC and FCC management and leadership experience Good working level understanding of the Insurance regulatory environment for IC and FCC across Asia.
