Engineer, Customer Support

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Duties :

  • Join the 24 x 7 Customer Support team to support worldwide customers
  • Conduct first tier network troubleshooting and provide escalation to the next tier
  • Work in Data centre environment and monitor core network equipments and satellite services
  • Coordinate with Tier-1 ISP for fault diagnosis
  • Project coordination and other related duties
  • Shift duty is required
  • Requirements and experience :

  • Degree holder of IT, EE or related discipline
  • At least 3 years' relevant work experience on network or customer support, VSAT experience a plus
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN environments and Internet related infrastructure
  • Experience in maintaining of IP Network and data centre facilities a plus
  • Good team player with positive attitude and dedication
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional South Asian Language or Mandarin a plus
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure
