Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations of Administration Services for performing various back-office support to different business units, including but not limited to mailing, cheque book personalization, form printing and imaging, scanning and re-production of archived records, maintenance of Long Card / Witnessing Account master log, with a view to ensure smooth and effective operation and provide quality services to internal customers.
  • Handle and prepare documentation for bank wide procurement projects such as printing, network / international couriers etc
  • Ensure full compliance of P&Ps, BCP, internal and regulatory policies and requirements all the time.
  • Ensure the agreed service levels, turnaround time, productivity, quality and internal / external relationships with stakeholders and customers are achieved.
  • Contribute or initiate practical suggestions and ideas, such as automation, streamlining, centralization and outsourcing, to transform the operations with aim to achieve high efficiency, low cost and adequate risk control.
  • Support related product development / marketing activities, including new product approval, review, implementation, and provide cross-departments consultation or contribution whenever necessary.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with business partners.
  • Coach and develop all associates and ensure adequate back-up for each key position
  • DisplayQualifications("- University degree or above with relevant working experience in banking industry (people management experience would be an advantage)

  • Sound knowledge in areas of Administrative management and Procurement aspect
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures.
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua and excellent written skills in Chinese
  • Requirements : - University degree or above with relevant working experience in banking industry (people management experience would be an advantage)
