IT Application Manager
Job Responsibilities
Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, and the coordination with support technical resources
Perform analysis of system business & technical specifications, ensuring feasibility, security, functionality, and scalability with internal development
IT service performance management including service level monitoring, incident and problem solving
Make recommendations on integration strategies, architectures and platforms required to successfully implement a complete solution
Collaborating with development team to execute IT projects and change initiatives
Manage internal development & support team to ensure project delivery on time
Manage problems and proactively lead investigations into known issues to ensure service and system stability
Senior Systems Analysts / Systems Analysts
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the development, maintenance and system support of the in-house system
Ensure quality programming, system testing and documentation
Provide technical solution on user and business requirement
Help the team to finish development on schedule
Other ad-hoc tasks or projects
Job Requirement :
IT Application Manager
Key Education / Qualification
Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 5-year experiences working for a sizable MNC and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally to thrive for business results
Preferred experience in leading and deploying retail solution on-premise or Cloud architecture
Strong knowledge on ITIL with ITSM framework, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Administration of Ticketing / Monitoring tools
In-depth understanding of the entire SDLC process
Strong retail system knowledge & experience or POS industry will be an advantage
ITIL & Project Management (Waterfall & Agile) certification is required
Knowledge in containerization and cloud service is a plus
Skilled in performance analysis and troubleshooting
Proactive, independent, organized, self-motivated team player who strives for excellence in his / her performance
Occasional off-hour and off-site ad-hoc supports
Senior Systems Analysts / Systems Analysts Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 6+ years of system development / application development experiences
Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, MySQL, React JS, Ant Design Pro for frontend development;
Sound technical knowledge of all the following : - J2EE multi-tier / Microservices architecture - Spring Boot / Security - Spring Data / MyBatis / JPA - Gradle / Gitlab / Jenkins or other CD / CI tools - Ant Design / React JS - SOA (Web Services, Axis) - Oracle RAC and PL / SQL Programming
Experience with the following a plus : - Docker Swarm / IBM WebSphere / Tomcat - Jasper Report / Excel Power Query - RabbitMQ / Redis / ELK Stack - JUnit / Katalon
Ability to perform requirement collection, design, programming, testing and implementation with minimum supervision
Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal)
