Job Description

1.Manage ex China / Hong Kong / Japan / Korea to ASEAN linehaul network for Cainiao (including air freight, ocean freight, or trucking) for assigned lanes, responsible for cost and leadtime.

2.Develop new linehaul solution based on the need of ecomm platform, new offering from market, internal pain points, cost & leadtime analysis;

All initiatives link with linehaul cost or leadtime reduction ultimately.3.Regularly monitor linehaul performance on cost and leadtime, identify & present problem by using underlying operation parameters (e.

g cargo commodity group, volumetric ratio, physical port, export / import clearance process or milestone data); Based on this, develop improvement plan.

4.Act as project manager of logistics projects. Carry on the project from initiative concept development, proof of concept, cost & benefit analysis, implementation kick off until pro-go live review, lead a virtual team to execute the project until go live and handover to operation team.

5.Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer among different stakeholder(s), including operation(s), IT Product(s), ASEAN destination team(s) and logistics service provider(s);

Job requirements

1.Degree holder, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management or Project Management related discipline;

2.Minimum 6 years working experience in warehousing / international forwarding / lastmile courier, operational P / L management experience is required.

Also, B2C experience will be definitely is a plus.3.Solid knowledge in B2C export regulation from China; If candidate has B2C import regulation knowledge in Philippine / Thailand / Vietnam / Singapore / Indonesia / Malaysia, it will be a great plus.

4.Solid understanding of project management with proven successful experience in managing multiple logistics project(s).5.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Network & Planning Manager;6.Excellent communication skills with diversified functional and ASEAN team(s) over online communication in multiple languages.

7.Fluent English; proficient in Mandarin is a must
