Duties :

  • Create invoices and receipts to new students or parents
  • Prepare appropriate schedules and reports every week
  • Deposit and keep record of the cheques receipt from the parents
  • Prepare and keep record of the cheques or payment for company expenses, income & petty cash
  • Assist the company bookkeeper on tax return preparation
  • Answer phone call and inquiry
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience to all clients
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments
  • Requirement :

  • Education, Experience, and Skills Required
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or business related discipline or above
  • Freshly graduated from University is also welcome
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, POS System
  • Better familiar with Accounting System e.g. Peachtree, MYOB
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good team players and good interpersonal skill
  • Detail oriented, initiative, able to work under pressure and meet deadline, sensitive to figures and with strong analytical skills
