to-end marketing technology solution to support marketing efforts and drive direct Food and Beverage (F&B) revenue. The position will report to the Senior Manager, F&B Marketing, Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities will include engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to strategically plan, execute, and optimize all workstreams that will enable a successful delivery against the F&B strategy of Marriott International.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

This position will work closely with other departments within Marriott’s Corporate Headquarters (e.g., IT, Consumer insights) as well as with senior leadership in the Asia Pacific continent office.

CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major3+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performanceExperience PreferredPrior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic projects in the Sales, Rev.

Mgt., Marketing & Digital area.Digital background would be advantageousPast experience with managing projects related to CRM is a plus but not requiredSkills and CompetenciesPassion for project excellence and business developmentStrong project management and influencing skillsAbility to develop and apply strategic frameworks to test, analyze and execute assigned projectsStrong leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well within all levels of the organization, especially internal and external senior managementFluent oral and written communication in English Mandarin and other Asian languages preferredExperience working with associates / vendors / customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones).
