Operation Support Leader

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in various call center and administration system projects
  • Collect and analyse information and / or requirements from end users for preparing user requirements, test plans and cases
  • Liaise with end users and IT in system enhancement and design, assist UATs
  • Ensure compensation and business reports for call center are properly authorized, accurate, made in timely manner
  • Assist supervisor prepare regular and management reports, support administrative tasks as assigned
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Requirements :

  • Degree or above (University graduate in any disciplines) considered
  • 1 2 years of relevant experience distribution compensation / support, life administration in finance and / or insurance industry.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Detail-oriented, good analytical and communication skills
  • Figure sensitive and detail-minded with self-motivated character
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge; with sound knowledge in Excel (Pivot table, vlookup, macro), Word, PowerPoint, Access
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure and fast changing environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
