A renowned Securities Brokerage is looking for an Associate / Senior Associate level candidate to join their finance team
Responsibilities :
Preparation of financial reports, management accounts, regulatory returns (i.e. FRR returns, ADD forms), and ad hoc management reports of the Group
Preparation of interim and annual reports of the Group together with supporting schedules
Overview of daily treasury function
Provision of assistance for year-end audit and tax compliance issues
Review and check staff disbursements
Any ad hoc assignments of financial reporting function
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Accountancy and HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in brokering, corporate advisory and asset management business with external auditing exposure, Big 4 is a plus.
Experienced in preparing published accounts will be an advantage
Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Grade will be considered depending on experience of the applicant
