This is how we shape a better world. Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Perform accounting functions, including various reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and compliance on regular or ad hoc basis
Analyze and provide actionable insights on monthly financial results, forecasts roll-ups and key performance measures
Maintain and support complex financial models in support of business forecasting and decision support
Recommend and implement ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures affecting forecast consolidation, earnings guidance, and financial reporting
Collaborate closely with finance teams as well as other business services to drive commercial insights and raise awareness
Support customers through ad-hoc data collecting, reporting, analysis and special projects
Qualifications & Experience required :
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related field
Qualified accountant from professional accounting institutions, experience obtained from Big 4 audit firm or multinational organizations is preferable
Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical and commercial sense
Excellent team player and able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Self-motivated and independent with strong sense of commitment and responsibility
Advanced excel skills and experience in reporting tools, such as Power BI
Proficiency in complex financial modelling with ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Financial Analyst.
