Customer Service Officer - Collection

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up bank & commercial client’s account receivable cases according to the stipulated procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all time
  • Analyze characteristic of the assigned files & establish the file settlement strategies
  • Communicate with client’s customers via letter, telephone or outdoor visiting, remind the status of their overdue account and achieve the settlement agreement
  • Achieve monthly business target
  • Requirements :

  • Tertiary is preferred but not a must
  • Minimum of 2 year working experience, with customer service or collection experience is preferred
  • Energetic, self-motivated, willing to learn & take up challenges
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, proficiency in spoken English is an advantage
  • Familiar with PC applications
  • Immediate available is an advantage
