In this position, you will :

  • Assist in formulating customer retention strategy to meet KPI on churn management
  • Conduct customer behavior analysis to provide business insights
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis and churn report to spot high churn propensity segments
  • Consolidate market survey and competitor’s benchmarking reports
  • Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate customer retention programs to reduce customer churn
  • Design reactive retention tools for customer retention
  • Prepare customer call list and communication means
  • Prepare quality reports, proposal and presentation materials
  • Assist in any ad hoc assignments assigned by manager
  • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
  • 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Customer Retention or Analysis, preferably in telecom industry
  • Strong analytical ability with good project management and report writing skills is a must
  • Detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in Cantonese & English. Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) and Chinese Words Processing
