We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager, People Partner (individual contributor in manager level) in our Hong Kong office.
The incumbent will be a highly professional HR generalist which solid track records in multiple HR disciplines. Associate Manager, People Partner will act as a consultant across senior management to employee on HR management and organization changes.
Our challenges include : improving employees’ sense of belonging’s, enabling people’s productivity, engaging people to grow with the company and adapt quickly to different client’s projects or diversified business domains;
implementing on global and local HR strategy and best practice through influencing people managers and stake holders. As the only HR envoy, we expect the incumbent will be hands-on with HR operations, like on / off-boarding, etc.

Act as a single point of contact for HR : Hands on with on / off boarding in HK On-site support for MPF and health insurance papers Assist in IRD forms Organize events and team building
Keep key HR programs running : Talent insight and talks Grow / Goal profile ASMT and promotion Feedback : training, calibrating and tracking Employee engagement survey Management mentoring program
Bridging between HR operation and people manager : HR policy and rules Compliance with on / off boarding process Helping with promotion campaign
Award and recognition : Discover and develop high potential people Nominate candidates for different level of recognition
Change agent : Help build a robust organization core that can expand Fill in the blank of matrix managing Recommend better teaming methodology
People advisor : Consulting on career development Performance counsel Conduct disciplinary actions and termination Conduct exit interviews
Other incidental projects
University graduate majoring in HR, Psychology or Business Administration
8 years above experience in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 3 years direct involvement in HR programs / projects or employee relationship
Preferable experience in IT or application development industry, but not a must
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
Competencies : self-motivation, striving for excellence, work independently, problem solving, parallel tasking, quick / self-learning, culturally adaptive
Fluent in written and spoken English
