What you will do
Responsible for the installation, setup and buyoff of new machines / modules at customer site
Provide basic / advance / maintenance level trainings to customers
Support customers on equipment optimization, problem-solving and troubleshooting activities
Facilitate technical meeting with customers to address change requests and problem reports
Work with product team to formulate and execute plans to improve machine performance
Support in product development stage by giving constructive advice to the product and development team based on customers’ feedback and field experience
Support prototype build, integration and testing of new machines / modules
Support suppliers in technical trouble shooting during serial production of machines / modules
Support buyoff of incoming spare parts and modules according to specification
Conduct part failure analysis and implement corrective actions for customer complaint cases
Improve customer service and support processes
What you will need
Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductors / electronic manufacturing or related industry
Solid experience on high precision assembly equipment
Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving and organizing skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to deliver results through determination and team-work
Goodcommunication skills with fluency in Mandarin and English
Mature, customer-service oriented and able to work independently
Willing to travel overseas frequently
