Assistant Human Resources Manager

Job Duties :

  • Assist HR Manager in full spectrum of HR functions including staff planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, training and development program, payroll system and coordination with managers of other departments on their needs and requirements
  • Provide professional HR services and advices to line departments and employees
  • Coach and provide advice to frontline managers in people management and develop their people skills so as to improve operations efficiency & effectiveness
  • Responsible for preparing statistical analysis and management reports in monthly basis
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned
  • Requirements :

  • University Degree preferably in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' solid experience in HR operations, preferable in Retail industry
  • Mature, multi-tasking and with good leadership skills
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is a must -
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
