We are now growing our project management team in East Asia and looking for talented candidates that bring project management experience in building projects with cost and change management, skills and capabilities to join us in Hong Kong.

For the successful candidate, you will get involved with different size and scale of projects in the East Asia region, including those of mega size sports complex facilities.

Responsibilities :

The Project Analyst is envisaged to operate at the level immediately below and in support of the Project Manager, as part of the Project team.

  • Maintenance of and reporting on the Project Dashboard’ tool to be used to monitor the firm’s project performance against the project baselines
  • Assist the Project Manager with the estimation and reckoning of the firm’s progress against deliverables and reporting
  • Estimate costs and duration of project activities / deliverables
  • Develop and monitor project cost and resource forecasts
  • Assist the Project Manager with the preparation of Change Control documentation and commercial documentation
  • Enact agreed changes to project management documentation under direction of the Project Manager
  • Assist the Project Manager with the issuing of instructions to the firm’s design teams / design managers to enact agreed variations to design scope
  • Assist the Project Manager with the preparation of claims documentation including, inter alia, preparation of timelines, review of timesheet records and relevant deliverables, and writing claims substantiation material
  • May be required to manage and / or train supporting staff
  • Qualifications and Experiences required :

  • Degree in Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of post qualified experience
  • Strong organizational, costing and analytical skills
  • Familiar with project management software tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM) will be an advantage
  • Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
