Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.
In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
Ensure that the day-to-day Gym operations, including all related administrative work, the facilities and exercise equipment at the Gym, are carried out smoothly to the expected high standards and any problems are dealt with promptly and in accordance with the Club’s policies.
Fulfil the Key Performance Indicators set by the Club, including without limitation, achieving member satisfaction ratings, Gym utilisation and subscription rates, personal training, dietician consultations and group exercise class revenues.
Manage the team of Gym staff including fitness instructors, personal trainers, dieticians, group exercise class instructors and other Gym related staff.
Offer up-to-date fitness advice to the Club’s Members and permitted users of the Gym.
Organize health and fitness related social events, motivation and marketing campaigns and seminars as may be required by the Club from time to time.
Work with the Sports & Leisure Manager of the Club for recommending marketing and business strategies in respect of the Gym.
Submit month end reports to the Club regarding the operation of the Gym.
Provide such incidental services as may be required by the Club for the Gym from time to time.
Diploma or University graduate in the Sports and Recreation field.
Certified fitness trainer / personal trainer such as ACSM, AFAA, NASM, ISSA or ACE.
Min. of 5 years relevant working experience, in which 2 years must be in managerial level.
Knowledge of Gym management.
Knowledge of Gym related facility management.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Fluency in Cantonese is preferred, and proficiency in Mandarin is optional.
