Field Sales Manager – Specialised Services
  Hong Kong Island


  • Responsibility of defining, developing and delivering the Specialised Sales top-line
  • Develop and execute the Specialised Sales strategy in line with the country’s overall commercial strategy
  • Define the key targets and sales ambitions for Field Sales in close cooperation with the commercial director
  • Ensure ISS’ commercial processes and tools are efficiently implemented
  • Identify and execute strategic commercial initiatives with the purpose of driving the top-line and position ISS as the preferred Field Sales partner in country
  • Contribute in key Specialised Sales processes and prioritized customer engagement activities
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Specialised Sales team, and install the right Field Sales capabilities
  • Establishes and develops concepts
  • Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably from Cleaning, Security or Integrated Facility Services related industries
  • Strong results from related commercial or business development functions e.g. having ensured substantial growth and improved profitability
  • Strong knowledge about service industry
  • Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins, through creative and innovative thinking and based on a solid analysis of customer needs
  • Experience in hunting new assignments / relations / business
  • Dominant traits include a competitive nature, goal-orientation and high fighting spirit.
  • Common commercial traits include high work capacity, contact / communication skills and empathy
