The Department

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.

In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

The Job

  • Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in Western family dining restaurant
  • Be responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant
  • Lead the set-up and decoration work of the Restaurant
  • Train new staff members in accordance to established guidelines
  • Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions; and
  • Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
  • About You

  • 5 years' related restaurant experience in hotels & clubs is required
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
