We are now looking for talented candidates with management experience in Building Services Design and Construction to join us.
Take lead and report to Project Director for project planning, managing and control the execution of multi-disciplinary projects from inception to handover with high quality, within schedule and budget
Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders and end-users. Manage design consultants and contractors for project success
Competency in aspects of management services including Project Execution, Project Control, Programme & Scheduling, Design Management, Contract Administration, Cost Management, Risk Management, Value Management, Stakeholders Management, Procurement Strategy, Quality Management, Contract Strategy, Change Management and Construction Advisory
Act as Client’s Representative as necessary
Willing to work outside Hong Kong as and when required
Qualifications and Experiences required :
Candidates should possess membership of a recognised professional institute in Project Management, Building Services or related discipline
At least 5 years of post chartered experience for the position of Senior Project Manager
At least 2 years of post chartered experience for the position of Project Manager
Conversant with local government regulations and health & safety for building projects
Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Familiar with project management software tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM) would be an advantage
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage
