Develop marketing plan of the brand for the region.
Formulate the annual marketing strategy and seasonal marketing plans for both B2B and B2C strategies using detailed analysis of the products trading patterns and the industry.
Review integrated marketing tactics plans and develop overall marketing mix strategies to ensure all relevant channels are maximised
Plan and monitor annual marketing budget for all advertising and communication programs.
Measure, analyze and report on strategy effectiveness.
Ensure consistent brand message via Web, Creative and Public Relations for all online and offline campaigns, medias & channels.
Develop & Drive the eCommerce strategy
Conduct market research to gain consumer insight for effective advertising and media planning
Lead the Marketing Team & the Graphics Team across the region to develop yearly category focus, product launches and marketing programs
Ensure effective management within the marketing, product management, ecommerce and public relations functions
Work with key partners in the region to build collaborative relationships
Third level qualification in Marketing
6-7 years’ experience in marketing with at least 2 within a leadership role
International Marketing experience - Experience of working across Asia Pacific and running pan-Asian marketing campaigns is essential.
5+ years of experience in online marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, email marketing, social marketing and website design
Experience in consumer marketing, customer segmentation and product management necessary
Strong creative and analytical skills
Strategically focused; able to translate strategy into practical solutions
Passion, energy and drive to deliver ambitious growth targets.
Value creativity and encourage fresh ideas and approaches to marketing.
Ability to collaborate at all levels with both internal and external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new programs
