Key Responsibilities
Designs different kind of forms / documentation and business / accounting flow.
Coordinates with various party such as operation and client to carry out an efficient billing and AR collection process
Ensures the month-end financial statements and accounting package are produced promptly and accurately
Prepares Monthly billing analysis report, WIP reports, AR aging reports and tax computations.
Reviews different types of accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation and inter-company accounts
Ensures transactions are properly encoded in the book / accounting system
Handles payroll, HR matter and budgeting / forecasting process
Ad hoc assignments as required by the Finance Manager and Management
Uphold Crawford’s ethics and values
Experience / Knowledge Required
At least 3 5 years training / working experience in middle-size to Big 4 audit firm
At least 4 years commercial experience on top of audit firm
Experience in NAV Dynamic 2016 accounting software is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft application such as Excel (Pivot table, formula)
Has an exposure in serving management
Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
Education / Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business.
Qualified accountant / member of any recognizable accountancy organizations such, HKICP, ACCA, AICPA preferred
