We are now seeking candidates to fill the following vacancies on the Resident Site Staff team for the construction of upgrading / improvement works to slopes and retaining walls in Kowloon and the New Territories.

As a Resident Assistant Inspectator of Works on our Resident Site staff team in Hong Kong for the project - contract GE2020 / 02 LPM (Package C) .

You will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority.

Here's What You'll Need :

  • Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
  • At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year’s relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section of the RSS Management Handbook; or
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year’s relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section of the RSS Management Handbook.
  • Conditions : You must have working rights in Hong Kong to be considered.Appointments will be made with Halcrow China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions.

    Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
