ABOUT THIS ROLE :
Project RUBY is growing, and it would not be possible without strong Talent Acquisition team. This team, through the amazing job done, enabled our organization to reach the size of the center and reach current 300+ employees in Project and we are further looking to ramp this up by another 70 employees.
We are further expanding in terms of overall delivery of the Project and with the current shortfall it may affect the speed of the delivery of the Project if don’t fill up the required service lines.
While the growth is our business need, great candidate experience and building trusted relationship with all our internal and external stakeholders is essential on our way to this growth.
We are looking for a strong Senior Recruitment Manager who will navigate our business-critical recruitment function to our next, who will be authentic leader to his / her team and great partner to our business.
