  • Support API Product Manager in shaping the overallproduct vision and roadmap for API products for Consumer Banking business
  • Contribute to the product vision and delivery,including managing functional requirements, feature prioritization and productoperations
  • Lead the execution of API delivery to thehighest quality, meeting timeline, budget and align with product vision
  • Design, manage and deliver open banking customerjourneys for concrete and scalable business results
  • Innovate new business modelwith stakeholders and other external parties to address business paint-pointand create new value to customer
  • Leverage the Bank’s API Technology to developintegrated and streamlined user experience with 3rd party platform
  • Collaborate with internal and external forhelping stakeholders understand API product benefits and define unique sellingproposition
  • Define learning agenda andkey performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the API adoption with partners andsupport vendor relationship management with partners
  • Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance anditerate continuously to achieve the desired outcome
  • Ensure compliance to all security controls andintegrity of the Bank, including but not limited to operational riskmanagements and regulatory requirements
  • Establish close relationships with regionalteam, innovation team and technology teams
  • Support post-implementationtasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation,post implementation review and escalation
  • Support team head and API Product Manager indeveloping a strong and committed digital team dedicated to business growth
  • Requirements

  • Strong understanding in Consumer Bankingbusiness and products
  • Experience in digital channel management,gathering business requirement, product development / e-commerce and initiatives
  • Preferable with exposure / experience in APIbanking space or Fintech integrations
  • Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new Fintech productsand advisory technologies
  • Experience in working in Agile and ContinuousIntegration / Continuous Delivery methodologies
  • Creativethinking to generate new idea to deliver business value
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effectivecommunication, presentation and influencing
  • Solid problem-solving skills with ability toconsider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipatechallenges
  • Ability to prioritize and work independentlyunder pressure within a team environment
  • Ability to use strong judgmental skills toidentify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and qualityof output
