Responsible for developing and administering employee compensation and benefits programmes to reward and recognise employees' contribution to AIA
Total Benefits : You would take the lead in reviewing, enhancing and developing a modernised GO total benefits strategy, programme design and implementation that aligns with AIA's purpose of healthier longer better lives and support the Group's strategy.
Advisory : You would partner and provide advisory to GO HR Business Partners and stakeholders on performance and rewards related matters, including proposing compensation recommendations, job analysis and job evaluations, market benchmarking, compliance and regulatory requirements as well as the year end performance management and compensation review process.
Team player : You develop strong working relationships with HR colleagues in the Group as well as our partners in Corporate Solutions, Legal, Finance and Compliance.
New Initiatives : You expand your capabilities by undertaking projects associated with new HR initiatives.
