Who we're looking for
ELEVATE is looking for a part-time Human Resources Intern to support HR activities in globally, mainly in Hong Kong. This role will focus on assisting and supporting all-rounded HR operations, employee activities, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and build a foundation for a strong Human Resources career moving forward.
What you will be doing
Audit, track and update internal database in HRIS and personnel folders
Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support recruitment and scanning exercises, i.e. job advertisements, interview scheduling and job fairs etc.
Assist with compensation and benefit projects on market mapping and salary benchmarking
Participate in organizing company events, such as, annual dinner, new joiner orientation and employee activities etc.
Support ad-hoc HR projects when necessary
Who you are
Full time undergraduate students major in Human Resources, Information System and
Analytics (or Information System Management), Business Administration, or related fields.
Detail oriented and strong communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive person
Proactive thinking, flexible and problem-solving mindset
Quick learner with strong and detail-oriented analytical skills and knowledge (or interest) in ESG / social compliance and their market trend
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
Business level fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
