    This role is to maintain and implement an effective and impartial resolution of all agency related Quality Assurance / compliance matters.

    Supervise and perform Quality Assurance duties, reports and analysis, and to enhance the control effectiveness and efficiency.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the Quality Assurance check which is assigned by supervisor.
  • Responsible for dealing with various types of complaint related matters, liaise with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Customer Service (CS) as well as other necessary parties, and to communicate with Agency Management Directors and agency in an effective and timely manner.
  • Checker of and be responsible for various compliance related reports and statistics to Regional Office, audit and senior management.
  • Participate in various compliance projects and provide deliverables within set timelines.
  • Main co-ordinator in the Agency Disciplinary mechanism, with ERM and CS.
  • Conduct disciplinary-based training to agents on a regular basis.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance control management at managerial level.
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements and market practices.
  • Strong in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
